BISP 8171 October 2025 Payment Phases
The BISP payments of Rs. 12,000 or Rs. 25,000 are being released in phases:
Phase 2 – Already Started (Early October)
Includes the following provinces and verified districts:
- Punjab: Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot
- Sindh: Hyderabad, Sukkur
- KPK: Peshawar, Abbottabad
- Balochistan: Quetta, Khuzdar
Phase 3 – Starting From August 10 to October 25, 2025
Will include remaining districts not covered earlier.

Why Some People Still Didn’t Get Paid?
If your payment is delayed, it could be due to:
- Expired CNIC – Visit NADRA to renew
- Thumbprint mismatch – Visit BISP Tehsil office for verification
- NSER not updated – Get re-surveyed

October Update: BISP Taleemi Wazifa (Education Stipend)
If your children are enrolled in school, you may also get an additional stipend in August:
- For Primary Girls: Rs. 2,000
- For Secondary Girls: Rs. 3,000
- For Primary Boys: Rs. 1,500
- For Secondary Boys: Rs. 2,500
💡 Important: Only registered children with 75% attendance are eligible.
